Excellence in customer service, good food and humble associates, definitely be back again soon.

"Clean room and comfort, feels like I'm in 5 star hotel the pillows are soft and their beds are superb, One of my Fav was the specialty coffee, you can smell the aroma of richness, as well as their super tasty Pastries. Much enjoyed the beautiful and breathtaking ambiance of the Rooftop BAR with a variety of red & white wines direct from Italy, imported high end liquor, the amazing Ice Wine from Toronto, Canada, a variety of cocktails to chose from, the most popular Tower in different flavors as well as local good beer and beverages."

Luxury, Quiet, Great value, High-tech

"My fiancee and I went here and loved this place, it's definitely the place to stay in Vigan. The service is above and beyond, the food is great and open later into the night than any other hotel which can be convenient for late nights. They can even serve breakfast through room service free of charge. The beds are very comfortable and the AC works really well. No complaints about this hotel, only good things can be said all around. Food & Drinks: We tried a lot of different food on the menu and all of it tasted fresh and amazing."
